The CBS Protein Pancakes have gone viral with not only the #CBSBabes but the CBS Community!

SERVING SIZE: 2 x large pancakes | Calories; 582 | Protein: 45g | Carbs: 77g | Fat: 13g
Super easy to make and super high in protein! All you need is FIVE INGREDIENTS.

INGREDIENTS
1-1.5 bananas
2 x Free Range Eggs
1 x scoop of Protein Powder
(we use Muscle Pharm Isolate from NZ Muscle)
0.5 cups oats
0.5 cups berries of choice
1tsp coconut oil for the pan
HOW TO MAKE:
Head up a non-stick pan and add the coconut oil.
Put the banana and eggs into a blender until smooth.
Then add the oats and protein powder to the banana and egg mix and blend again until smooth.
This is now your pancake batter.
Add some mixture to the hot pan and place some berries on the top of the uncooked side of the pancake.
As the pancake starts to bubble slightly, flip the pancake.
Cook for a minute or 2 on the other side (or until lightly browned)
Repeat the same with the rest of your mixture.
Add the rest of your berries to the top of your pancakes.
Additional toppings:
Sugar-free maple syrup
Additional berries
Honey
Cinnamon
Sliced almonds or nuts
